Breasts Not Bombs was present at the March in Washington last year. We were present in Sacramento the night before Arnold Schwarznegger's election; at Bechtel; and many other places.
We use dramatic non-violent street theater to capture people's imagination and remind them of the truth and defend definitions particulary of the word decency. Breasts Not Bombs says Respect and Protect the mothers and the children and everything will be all right. We want to restore that balance. To connect humanity, to realize we are all vulnerable, flesh and blood, naked underneath our clothes. We say if women were safe to walk the earth bare breasted we would know peace.
